  • Active Customers (AC) are customers that have an enabled account with more than 1 point or has points pending and has ordered, received points through API, or received any reward other than the birthday at least once since the install of easyPoints.

Features

CSV Import - You are able to import a CSV file to add points to many customers at once. You are also able to change tiers for many customers at the same time as well.

Klaviyo - You are able to send automatically set mails to customers about points.

Campaigns - You can set up limited time campaigns with differing point rules.

Point expiration - You can set expiration dates for the points to make sure the customers to keep on shopping.

Bonus Point Collection - Make a collection with products that give out extra points.

Tiers - Divide customers so that customers who spend more money will benefit more.

CSV Export - Downloading customer information will be available.

POS Extension - You will be able to redeem / gain points on the Shopify POS or Smaregi.

API Access - You can link the app with different apps and also update point information.

Point History - The point history (gained) will be displayed on the account page with the order history.

Birthday Reward - Give out points to customers on their birthdays.

Sign-up Reward - Persuade customers to create an account with points after a new sign-up.
