easyPoints My Account page

easyPoints My Account page for all customers

The easyPoints My Account page is a dedicated page for customers to access point summary, history and some features.


Set up

Go to your theme customization page and navigate to the app embeds list. Activate both "easyPoints x SDK" and the "My Account" setting inside it and save your changes. Make sure both settings are enabled.

you can also change the main color for the page.

How to access the page

Customers can open their own My Account page by signing in and accessing: store-url/apps/loyalty/my-account

By inserting this link, stores can setup various ways such as buttons, menu bar links, and more inside the store for customers to easily access the page.

If the SDK settings listed above are disabled, the link will redirect to Shopify's customer page.

Displays

1.Point History

Customers can check their own point history as a list, containing all orders, manual adjustments and rewards. Orders will have a link with the Shopify order number, which will link to Shopify's order confirmation page with the order details.

Point status an it's colors are:

  • Green: rewarded

  • Red: deducted

  • Yellow: unfulfilled or pending

2.Point summary


Customers can check their point summary, such as point balance, expiration date, and the sum of the previous point history.

If the tier system is enabled in the store, the current tier and progress will also get displayed.

3.Other option cards

The following cards used for optional features might be displayed based on the setup.

Login reward button

If the login reward is enabled, there will be a button to claim points daily.

Referral link

If the referral reward is enabled, the link used for referring friends will be displayed.

Birthday form

If the birthday reward is enabled, there will be a form for birthday submission. Once submitted, the form will no longer get displayed.
