What should I do if I imported the same CSV twice?

The imported data will not be updated but will be duplicated and added up. Therefore, you would need to correct the duplication.

You can check if it is duplicated and added up by accessing the customer page and reviewing the point balance for each customer.

If you have accidentally duplicated and added numbers to customer accounts, we recommend you import another CSV with a minus next to the numbers to subtract them.
