Open the Help Centre
Click the Help icon in the bottom corner of Lupa Notes to open the Help Centre. From there, you can choose one of the following options:
1. Ask a Question
Use this when you:
Need help understanding how a feature works
Want guidance on using Lupa Notes
Are troubleshooting something (not necessarily a bug)
Example: “How do I create a new template?”
2. Report a Bug
Use this when:
Something isn’t working as expected
You encounter an error or glitch
Example: “I get an error when saving a note.”
To help us resolve it faster, please include:
A brief description of the issue
What you were doing when it occurred
Screenshots or screen recordings (if available)
3. Request a Feature
Use this when you:
Have an idea for a new feature
Want to improve an existing workflow
Example: “Can I schedule a thread for later?” or “Can we tag users in notes?”
We regularly review suggestions to help shape future updates.
Search Help Articles or Share Feedback
The Help Centre also lets you:
Search Help Articles
Use the search bar to find guides, walkthroughs, or video tutorials.
Example: Type “create thread” or “analytics” to find relevant help.
