With timeOS, you can get ready for your meeting, ensure that everyone is aligned, and follow up with the participants or even update others that couldn't join.

Clear Agenda

Every good meeting has a clear agenda. That's helping you to ensure all participants are aligned before the meeting. You can add the agenda when you create your template or share availability.

You can also add it via Gcal with our extension.

Prep your next meeting

You can prepare for every meeting at any time you'd like.

If you'd like to prepare and add notes for the meeting, you can do it by clicking the 'Day Peek' from a new tab page [the right handle on the right side of the screen].

Then pick the meeting you want to prepare by navigating in your calendar and then one-click, and the notes will be opened.

If you prefer to prepare at the last minute and the meeting appears on your new tab, press 'Open notes' or 'Enter' on your keyboard.

You can use tabs to navigate between the notes area to the AI summary if you'd like to ensure to activate or remove it prior the meeting.

In timeOS, we want you to be a thinker and not a do-ier, so give our AI assistant to write it down for you and take 2min to tweak it.

By clicking 'cmd+k' and entering some details, the magic will happen, and you will have everything you need for the meeting. [See the above Gif above]

Summarize and follow up

The meeting is on, and now it's your time to start the next step- summarizing the meeting.

Once your notes are open, you can start summarizing them and styling them, including Call to Action with checkboxes, headers, and more.

You can use timeOS AI-notetaker to do it for you. Check out the full guide here.

Sharing is caring

Information is everything, and when we give from our time to synced meetings, we want to ensure we capture everything so it will be a good use of time.

Once your summary is ready, you can do two important things:

  1. Save it on your DB, so you can always come back to it and find it easily.
timeOS is integrated with Notion [see how to set it up automatically]

By pressing on the meeting, you can also find it via your 'Day Peek'. [see above under 'Prep your next meeting']

  2. Follow up with the participants or with other relevant people- by pressing 'send via email', an email with the notes will be open. Now you can edit the recipients' list - add or remove- and share it.
