'Issue with Al Notetaker Summary Not Received'

If you're experiencing issues with not receiving your AI Notetaker summary, please review the following checklist:

If you got a message that the summary is in process:

  1. Meeting duration: Please note that the AI Notetaker generates a summary for meetings that have a duration of more than 10 minutes. If your meeting was shorter than this threshold, a summary might not be available.

  2. Wait for 1 hour and refresh the page.

  3. Check the AI summary tab: If you have a summary, it will be waiting for you in the meeting space under 'AI Notes' tab. If not, you can see if there has been an error.


If you encountered an error on the meeting space stating that the bot couldn't generate the summary:

Please confirm that your AI attendee joined the meeting as expected and was present for the entire duration of the meeting. Ensure that the bot wasn't waiting in the waiting room or kicked off during the meeting. Also, verify that the meeting was conducted in English or the selected language for the AI Notetaker to generate the summary. You can find instructions on language settings here.

If the above steps aren't relevant to your situation, please email hey@magical.team with the following details: name of the meeting, exact time, and date. Providing this information will allow our team to investigate further and hopefully recover the missing data.
