Discussion Routines now make classroom discussions even easier. Choose from four AI-powered discussion routines, General Discussion, Common Error, Good Calculations, and Same but Different, to automatically generate discussion questions and pin the most relevant student solutions, helping teachers facilitate richer conversations around authentic student thinking.

Assignment, Practice, and Fluency now include full keyboard navigation and screen reader support, helping districts meet accessibility requirements while creating a more inclusive experience for all learners.

Common Error Notifications help teachers catch misconceptions as they happen. During Live Activity, Magma automatically alerts teachers when multiple students make the same mistake and provides a one-click shortcut to the relevant problem, making it easy to address misunderstandings with the whole class at just the right moment.

Multi-Select on the Drawboard lets students select, move, and delete multiple objects at once, making it much faster to edit diagrams, drawings, and other multi-step work. This update streamlines the drawing experience and gives students more flexibility when organizing their thinking.

Paste Images & Text makes it easier for students to bring problem descriptions and images onto the drawboard with a single tap. This accessibility-focused improvement reduces the need for dragging or manual copying, making problems easier to interact with, especially for students with limited touch or motor control.
