You completed a purchase that included domains, but when you open the Domains page it shows 0 domains and won't let you add, select, or register any. This usually means the domain slots from your order haven't finished attaching to your account yet — it is not a lost payment, and it's something we can fix quickly from our side.
First, a few quick checks
Make sure you're signed in with the same email you used to pay. Purchasing while logged out, or paying from a different email, is the most common reason an account looks empty.
Give it a little time right after checkout and refresh the page — newly purchased items can take a short while to appear.
Confirm your plan actually includes domains (some plans include mailboxes only). You can add domains to your plan at any time.
If it still shows 0 domains
If you're on the correct account, your payment succeeded, and the Domains page is still empty after refreshing, the domain slots from your order simply need to be attached to your account. Contact us with the email address you used to pay and, if you have it, your receipt or order number. We'll confirm your purchase and add the missing domain capacity so you can register or connect your domains. This is part of completing your order — there's no extra charge.
Once your domain slots are active
Register new domains: open the Domains page, choose the domains you want, and complete registration. New registrations become usable once setup finishes (typically within a day).
Bring your own domains: add your domain, then set the two nameservers we provide at your registrar. We handle the MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for you — you don't add those manually. See Can I bring my own domains?
Still stuck, or not sure whether your order went through? Contact us and we'll review your specific account and sort it out. Related: I paid but my subscription isn't showing in my account · Dashboard shows 0? Check your network
