What's happening
Occasionally a payment goes through but your dashboard still shows that you need to purchase, your new plan doesn't appear right away, you hit a "subscription error" at checkout, or you see 0 mailboxes / 0 domains. This usually means the payment didn't automatically link to your account at checkout — it doesn't mean your payment was lost.
Bringing your own domains? "Connect existing domains" is greyed out
If you're on a Custom plan to use your own domains and the "Connect existing domains" button is greyed out with "Available after subscription" even though you've paid, this is the same provisioning issue — your paid plan hasn't been applied on our side yet. It's not something you did wrong, and you don't need to buy domain packs to unlock it. Contact us and we'll apply your quota and unlock domain connection.
What to do
Give it a few minutes and refresh the page — a new subscription can take a short while to appear.
If your dashboard still shows zeros but you can see your receipts/emails, also check Paid but your dashboard shows 0 mailboxes / 0 domains? Check your network — sometimes it's your internet provider blocking our backend.
If you signed up again or logged in with a different email or Google account after paying, the payment may have created a separate account record from the one you're viewing. Tell us the exact email on your receipt so we can link the payment to the right account.
If it still shows "purchase again" or the quota is missing, contact us from the email address you used at checkout and tell us which plan you bought.
We'll locate your payment, apply the subscription to your account so you get full access, and confirm once it's done.
If you were charged twice
If you ended up with more than one charge or overlapping plans (for example, because checkout was retried after the "subscription error"), let us know — we'll make sure the correct plan is active and sort out the duplicate charge for you, either as account credit toward your next payment or, if you prefer, a refund of the extra charge.
