🔄 Can Someone Be Both?

Yes, a person can have access to both the POS and the Back Office—but this requires creating two separate user accounts:

  • One as a POS Employee (with a PIN to access the POS)

  • One as a Company Admin (with an email/password to access the Back Office)

🧠 Example: A manager may need to clock in to take orders during busy hours, but also log into the Back Office to manage employees, menus, and reports.
