Employee Timesheets Report

Track, edit, and export working hours for all your employees—directly from your Back Office.

📍 Where to Find It

  • Go to the Back Office

  • Click Reports > Employee Timesheets


📊 What This Report Shows

The Timesheet Report displays each employee's daily clocked hours within a selected time range.

Field

Description

Employee

Staff member's name.

Daily hours (Jun. 1, Jun. 2, etc.)

Time worked each day (HH:MM).

Total hours

Cumulative hours for the period.

Edit icon 🖉

Opens detailed view to manage entries.


📆 Step-by-Step: How to Use It

1. Select Date Range

Pick a Start and End date, then click Generate to refresh the report.

2. Search by Name

Use the search bar to find specific employees quickly.

3. Export Options

Export the timesheets in one of three formats:

  • CSV – Spreadsheet-compatible (Excel, Google Sheets)

  • TCK and XML – Custom integrations or third-party payroll (Not available at the moment)


✍️ Editing a Timesheet

To adjust hours for an employee:

  1. Click the edit icon next to their row.

  2. You’ll be taken to the Punch Time Management page.

This view lets you add, delete, or modify punch times for each day of the selected week.

Save your edits or discard changes.

Review past edits by all admins.

⚠️ Tip: If a day shows 00:00, it means no punch-in/out was recorded. You can add it manually here.


🧠 Best Practices

  • Always verify punch times for anomalies like extremely short or long shifts.

  • Use the modification history link to audit who made changes and when.

  • Remind employees to clock in/out correctly on the POS to minimize manual adjustments.


❓FAQ

Q: Can I prevent employees from editing their own punches?
A: Yes. Only Company Admins or roles with special permissions can access this page.

Q: Is it possible to correct missed punches after payroll is closed?
A: Yes, but corrections will only affect future exports. Make sure to regenerate the report if you’ve already exported it.
