🌐 Global Invoices Report (Multiple Locations)

View POS invoices across all the locations in your organization from a single branch-level report, with date and location filters, CSV export, and print.

The Invoices Report at the organization (branch) level lets you browse POS invoices across all of your locations in one place — instead of opening each location's invoice report one at a time.

ℹ️ This is the multi-location counterpart to the single-location POS Invoices Report. Use that one when you only need a single restaurant; use this report to look across several.

📍 Where to find it

From the branch (organization) admin navigation, open the Global Reports group and select Invoices Report.

🔍 What this report shows

The report lists POS invoices from the locations you select, one row per invoice. Because it spans multiple locations, each row starts with the Company name so you can tell which location an invoice belongs to.

🎛️ Filters

  • Locations — choose which locations to include; you can select more than one. By default all of your locations are shown, so the report is never empty.

  • Date range — set a start and end date.

  • Click Refresh to apply your filters and load the results.

📤 Export or print

  • Download as CSV to export the data.

  • Print to generate a printable version.

🧾 Viewing invoice details

Click a row (or use the View action) to open the full invoice. The detail view is the same invoice screen used elsewhere in the Back Office — the itemized content, price breakdown (subtotal, taxes, tip, total), service details, and payment section.

🧠 Best practices

  • Use the Locations filter to compare a handful of locations, or leave all selected for an organization-wide view.

  • Export to CSV to share consolidated invoice data with your accounting or finance team.

  • Click into a specific invoice to investigate a discrepancy at a single location.

❓ FAQ

How is this different from the POS Invoices report?
The POS Invoices report covers one location at a time. This Global Invoices Report is at the branch/organization level and can show invoices from several locations at once, with a Company name column to identify each.

Can I edit invoices here?
No — invoices are view-only for auditing. Corrections are made in the POS.

Which locations appear?
All the locations under your organization, selected by default; narrow the list with the Locations filter.
