POS Invoices Report

Use simple filters like date, employee name, or table number to quickly find specific invoices and export them as needed.

📍 Where to Find It

  • Go to Back Office > Reports > Sales

  • Select POS Invoices


🔍 What This Report Shows

The POS Invoices report gives you a line-by-line breakdown of every sale completed through the POS.

Description

Sales no.

Unique invoice number for the transaction

Table number

Table assigned to the order

Customers

Number of guests attached to the invoice

Date

Start time of the transaction

Paid

Time when the bill was closed and payment was completed

Employee

Server who handled the transaction

Tax total

Total amount of taxes applied (GST, QST, etc.)

Discount total

Amount of discounts applied to the transaction

Total

Final amount charged, including tax and tips

Subtotal

Amount before tax and tips – promotions are already applied

Tip

Tip amount added to the bill

Payment method(s)

Payment type used (cash, credit, etc.)

You can filter by entering a specific date, employee name, or table number in the top fields to narrow down your results.


📤 Export or Print

  • Click Download as CSV to export the data

  • Click Print to generate a printable version of the report


🧾 Viewing Invoice Details

Click on a Sales no. to open the full invoice. This view includes:

  • See each product, quantity, and price sold

  • Items are grouped under Content information

💵 Price Breakdown

  • Subtotal (before tax and tips)

  • TPS / TVQ (tax breakdown)

  • Tip

  • Total

Q: Can I edit invoices here?
A: No. Invoices are view-only for auditing purposes. Use Voids & Corrections directly inside the POS for changes.

Q: Why do some invoices show multiple payment methods?
A: That’s from split payments—e.g., part card, part cash.

Q: Are tips included in the “Total”?
A: Yes. The “Total” includes all taxes and tips.
