If a document wasn't created because of an error, you can create it by hand on the order page in Shopify Admin. You can also do it from the Monitor, with Generate document or Try again.
Step 1
Go to Shopify Admin » Orders » open the order with no document
Step 2
Click More actions » 'Create SmartBill document'
Step 3
Choose the document type and click Create now
You can create an Invoice or a Proforma. If the order has a proforma, the invoice is created from it.
Your exceptions and Generate for settings don't apply here, so you can create a document for any order.
Bulk creation isn't supported yet: you create one document at a time.
✉️ To email the document, tick "Email this document to the customer" in the app under Triggers.
Step 4
You see a success message. The document is created in SmartBill, and emailed if email sending is on for it.
