If a document wasn't created because of an error, you can create it by hand on the order page in Shopify Admin.
Step 1
Go to Shopify Admin » Orders » open the order with no document
Step 2
Click More actions » 'Create Fakturownia document'
Step 3
Choose the document type and click Create now
Bulk creation isn't supported yet: you create one document at a time.
You can create any document type except a credit note. Create credit notes in your Fakturownia account.
✉️ To email the document, tick "Email this document to the customer" in the app under Triggers.
Step 4
You see a success message. The document is created in Fakturownia and emailed.
