If a document wasn't created because of an error, you can create it by hand on the order page in Shopify Admin.
Step 1
Go to Shopify Admin » Orders » open the order with no document
Step 2
Click More actions » 'Create FastBill document'
Step 3
Choose the document type and click Create now
Bulk creation isn't supported yet: you create one document at a time.
In FastBill you can create an invoice. Credit notes can't be created here: the credit note trigger creates them, or you create them in your FastBill account.
Skip these orders and Generate for don't apply here. A new invoice is created even if the order already has one.
The order needs a customer, POS orders too. Without one you get error 3-1: add a customer to the order first.
✉️ To email the document, tick "Email this document to the customer" in the app under Triggers.
Step 4
You see a success message. The document is created in FastBill, and emailed if email sending is on.
