When a document isn't created automatically due to an error, you can create it manually from Shopify Admin » Order details page.
Step 1
Go to Shopify Admin / Orders » Click on the order without document created
Step 2
Choose More actions » 'Create FastBill document' option
Step3
Choose the type of the document you want to create and click Create now button
Right now, the bulk action isn't supported, and you can only create one document at a time.
You can create any document type except Credit Note, which isn't supported here. To create one, please log in to your FastBill account and do it manually.
✉️ To send the document via email, ensure the "Email this document to the customer" option is checked in the app dashboard under the Triggers section.
Step 4
If everything was successful, you see the success message. Document is created in Fakturownia and sent out via email.
If you don’t see a success message or encounter errors, contact us via chat, and we’ll investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
