Hierarchy View for Asset Management
The Hierarchy View in Makula allows users to visualise and manage their asset structures effortlessly using a streamlined List View. This intuitive design provides a clear representation of asset relationships, enabling users to navigate through hierarchical structures with ease.
Key Features of the Hierarchy List View
- Clear Hierarchical Representation - Assets are displayed in a nested format, showing parent-child relationships clearly. 
- Expand or collapse asset levels using the arrow next to each parent asset for a focused view. 
 
- Interactive Controls - Use the Search Bar and Filter Options at the top right to locate specific assets based on tags, teams, or other criteria. 
- Easily add new assets using the Add Asset button. 
 
- Expandable Sub-Assets - Drill down into detailed sub-assets ensuring a granular view of your hierarchy.

How to Use the List View
- Navigate to the List View: - Go to Assets in the sidebar and select the List View tab. 
 
- Expand or Collapse Levels: - Click the arrow next to an asset to view its sub-assets. 
- Collapse the levels to focus on higher-level assets. 
 
- Add or Edit Assets: - Click the Add Asset button to add a new asset to the hierarchy. 
- Use the ellipsis (...) next to an asset for editing, deleting, or accessing additional actions. 
 
- Search and Filter: - Use the Search Bar to locate assets by name or serial number. 
- Apply filters (e.g., by team or asset type) using the Filter By dropdown.
