Sending Emails from the Email Module
Steps:
- Navigate to the Emails under CMMS. 
- Click New email to open the email composer. 
- In the composer, fill in: - To: Recipient’s email address (Cc and Bcc can also be added). 
- Subject: Enter the email subject. 
- Message: Write your email content. 
 
- To attach files, click the pin icon and select the file. 
- Choose your signature by clicking on the pen icon below. 
- Click Send to dispatch the email. 
Sending Emails from a Work Order
Steps:
- Open the relevant Work Order. 
- Go to the Email tab in messaging section. 
- Click New email to open the email composer. 
- In the composer, fill in: - To: Recipient’s email address (Cc and Bcc can also be added). 
- Subject: Enter the email subject. 
- Message: Write your email content. 
 
- To attach files, click the pin icon and select the file. 
- Choose your signature by clicking on the pen icon below. 
- Click Send to dispatch the email. 
Tip:
Emails sent from the Work Order will automatically be linked to that Work Order and will appear in the Email tab for easy tracking.
