Sending Emails from the Email Module
Steps:
Navigate to the Emails under Field Service.
Click New email to open the email composer.
In the composer, fill in:
To: Recipient’s email address (Cc and Bcc can also be added).
Subject: Enter the email subject.
Message: Write your email content.
To attach files, click the pin icon and select the file.
Choose your signature by clicking on the pen icon below.
Click Send to dispatch the email.
Sending Emails from a Work Order
Steps:
Open the relevant Work Order.
Go to the Email tab in messaging section.
Click New email to open the email composer.
In the composer, fill in:
To: Recipient’s email address (Cc and Bcc can also be added).
Subject: Enter the email subject.
Message: Write your email content.
To attach files, click the pin icon and select the file.
Choose your signature by clicking on the pen icon below.
Click Send to dispatch the email.
Tip:
Emails sent from the Work Order will automatically be linked to that Work Order and will appear in the Email tab for easy tracking.
