Creating an Internal Machinery Assistant on an Asset

Steps:

  1. Click on the Internal Machinery Assistant template or select Create Assistant and choose Internal Machinery Assistant.

  2. A modal will appear explaining use cases. Click Continue.

  3. Select the Asset radio button.

  4. Choose the asset from the Asset Hub.

  5. Provide a name and description (both required).

  6. Click Continue.

  7. Select relevant internal and external documents.

  8. Click Create Assistant.

Your assistant will now be created and deployed on the selected asset.

Note:
Once deployed, the Chat with AI Assistant CTA appears on the asset. Clicking on the CTA will redirect you to the Assistant Chat.

  2. Choose the appropriate template.

  3. Provide a name and description.

  4. Click Continue.

Important Notes

  • Internal Assistants are deployed only on your assets and are not visible to customers.

  • If created on a template, the assistant will automatically appear on all derived assets (with connected documentation).
