Customisable Table Views in Assets, Work Orders, Connections, and Parts

Users now have the ability to personalise their table views across the following modules: Assets, Work Orders, Connections, and Parts.

  • A settings icon has been added to the top-right corner of each table.

  • Clicking the icon opens a dropdown menu displaying all columns except the fixed primary fields (Serial Number and Name), which cannot be hidden.

  • The dropdown includes:

    • A toggle next to each column for showing or hiding it

    • A drag handle to reorder column positions

  • Closing the dropdown (e.g., clicking outside) automatically saves the changes.

  • If any column is hidden, the settings icon will display a red indicator.

  • These preferences are saved at the user level in the browser.

This feature allows users to configure their views to match their individual workflows, reducing visual clutter and improving efficiency.

Activity Logging and Change Preview for Procedures

A new Activity Log tab has been added to the Procedure Detail View.

You can now track all actions for filled procedures and procedures attached to Work Orders.

Each log entry includes a preview highlighting the exact changes made, helping you see what was updated, when, and by whom.
