Platform Improvements & Feature Updates

We’ve rolled out a set of UI/UX enhancements and functional improvements across the platform to improve clarity, consistency, and usability.

UI/UX Fixes

Multiple UI and UX adjustments have been made throughout the platform to improve visual consistency, reduce clutter, and enhance the overall user experience.

Relink Template to a Machine

You can now relink a machine to its original asset template if it was previously disconnected. This helps restore the connection to shared documentation, structure, and parts configurations.

Auto-Apply Email Signature

When the “Automatically apply signature” setting is enabled in a user’s Email Signature settings, the selected signature will now be automatically inserted when composing new emails—streamlining communication.

Asset Count in Facility Table View

The Facility Table View now includes a column showing the number of assets in each facility, giving users quick insight without needing to open facility detail pages.

Facility-Level History View

You can now view the full work order history across all machines within a facility. This consolidated view simplifies service tracking and gives a clearer picture of overall activity at the facility level.

Custom Fields Dropdown Update

In the Work Order form, single-select custom fields are now presented as dropdowns instead of lists. This change improves form usability, especially when working with longer field options or limited screen space.
