Feature Updates & Improvements
A set of enhancements have been released to improve AI Assistant management, procedure flexibility, API usability, and work order documentation.
AI Assistant Quota Now Per User
AI Assistant usage is now configured per user instead of per OEM.
A single quota value is applied individually to all users, enabling more granular control and visibility over AI usage.
Sub-Asset Field in Procedure Templates
A new Sub-Asset field has been added to procedure templates.
This allows users to fill procedures for sub-assets within a Work Order created on the parent asset, eliminating the need to create separate Work Orders when only procedures are required.
Adjustable Procedure Table Width
Users can now reduce the width of tables within procedures for better readability and layout customisation, particularly useful for wider screens or dense procedures.
Attachments Section in Work Orders
A new Attachments section has been added to Work Orders, allowing users to upload and manage relevant documents, images, and files directly within the Work Order detail view.
Searchable List APIs
All list-based APIs, including the Time Tracking API, are now searchable.
This enables users to apply filters and queries for faster and more efficient data retrieval.
AI Assistant Support for Template-Based Machines
AI Assistants can now be created and used with template-based machines, allowing users to leverage shared documentation and AI capabilities across machines derived from the same asset template.
Default Owner AI Access
The account owner now receives AI access by default, ensuring that owners can immediately interact with AI Assistants without needing to be manually added or configured.
