You can now see the Scheduled Date directly on the Work Order cards in Board View, Table View, and List View. This makes it easier to quickly understand timelines without opening each work order.

Filters in the Scheduler are now saved at the user level. When you return to the Scheduler, your previously applied filters will be automatically retained.

The Planned Events list view has been improved with filter options and clickable Facility and Asset names, so you can quickly navigate to the relevant details while managing your events more efficiently.

Work order types can now be limited by team. Team members will only be able to create work order types assigned to their team, improving process control and reducing confusion.

AI Notetaker v2

The AI Notetaker is now more powerful and collaborative with the following updates:

  • Public Sharing Link: Share notes including summaries, transcripts, and voice recordings via a public link, no login required.

  • Summary Translation: Instantly translate AI-generated summaries into multiple languages for better global collaboration.

  • Public Signup: External users can now sign up to create their own Makula account through AI Notetaker Public sign up link.

These updates make it easier to document and share service insights across teams and organisations.
