Create Custom Work Order Types
You can now create your own work order types and tailor them to specific workflows within your organisation. For each type, you can configure:
Associated parts
Custom fields relevant to that workflow
This allows you to build more dynamic and personalised processes.
Control Visibility on the Customer Portal
Each work order type can now be categorised as either:
External
Visible to OEM customers in the Customer Portal
Allows customers to create work orders using that type
Ideal for collaborative workflows with customers
Internal
Hidden from the Customer Portal
Used for OEM-only workflows and internal operations
