What’s New?

A new Activity Log tab is now available in the Procedure Detail View, allowing you to track all actions related to both:

  • Filled Procedures

  • Procedures attached to Work Orders

Where to Find It

  1. Open any procedure (filled or attached to a work order).

  2. Click on the Activity Log tab in the detail view.

What’s Included in the Activity Log?

Each entry in the Activity Log shows:

  • Who made the change

  • When the change was made

  • Which Field the change was made in

  • A preview showing the exact changes (e.g. updated fields, added notes)

This makes it easy to understand how a procedure has evolved over time and maintain accountability across your team.

Use Cases

  • Audit Trails: Quickly view who completed, edited, or attached a procedure.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure procedures are completed correctly and reviewed when needed.

  • Team Collaboration: Track handoffs or updates between multiple users.
