Filled Procedures

We’ve introduced a new way to fill procedures independently of work orders, giving teams more flexibility in how and when procedures are completed.

What’s New:

  • A new “Filled Procedure” tab has been added inside the Procedures module.

  • Users can now fill out a procedure without attaching it to a work order. This is useful for standalone checks, audits, or pre-service documentation.

  • These filled procedures can later be assigned to a work order in two ways:

    1. From the Filled Procedure Detail View, using the “Attach to Work Order” button at the top.

    2. From the Work Order detail page, using the “Assign Procedure” button → then switch to the “Filled Procedure” tab in the modal.

Additional Behaviour:

  • Once attached, filled procedures behave the same as any procedure linked to a work order.

  • You can still download the PDF or view the audit logs.

This update supports more flexible workflows, enabling users to document tasks before linking them to active work orders.
