Release Highlights

1. Time Tracking Editing on Mobile App

You can now edit existing time tracking logs on the mobile app just like on the web.

Previously, users could only delete time logs. This change brings greater flexibility for technicians needing to update their tracked time while on-site.

2. Time Tracker Enhancements

  • A stopwatch feature has been added to the mobile app, allowing users to log time instantly with a single tap.

  • All time tracking logs are now grouped under a dedicated "Time Tracking" tab in the Work Order Detail View, making it easier to manage and review logged time.

3. Inventory Handling in PME and Customer Portal Work Orders

  • When a work order is created through a Preventive Maintenance Event (PME) or via the Customer Portal, and the required parts are out of stock, they are still attached with a warning icon.

  • These parts will be attached fully once they are restocked and stock is allocated either:

    • via the Requests tab in the Part Sidebar, or

    • directly on the Work Order detail view.

This ensures the work order stays connected to its required parts while clearly showing stock limitations.

Note: This feature is only available with Inventory Management Add on.

4. Part Quantity in Procedures

You can now specify part quantities when adding parts to a procedure.

These quantities:

  • Help engineers prepare and use the correct number of parts during service.

  • Are also included in the exported Procedure PDF, providing clear documentation for both internal teams and customers.
