What is Insights?

Insights allows you to create customisable reports based on work orders, assets, and companies. With filtering, charting, and drilldown tools, you can visualise and analyse data to optimise your field operations.


How do I access Insights?

Navigation: Open your Field Service workspace, then select Insights from the sidebar.


What can I report on?

You can create reports based on three data types:

  • Work Orders: Track work order trends, status distribution, completion rates, and performance metrics

  • Assets: Analyse asset data, maintenance history, and equipment performance

  • Companies: Review company-related metrics and service patterns


Who can use Insights?

Only Admins and Owners can:

  • Create new reports

  • Edit reports

  • View reports

  • Delete reports


How do I create a report?

  1. Go to Insights in your Field Service workspace.

  2. Click + Create Report.

  3. Select the data type (Work Orders, Assets, or Companies).

  4. Configure your filters and chart settings.

  5. Save the report.
