Documentation Tab on Company Detail Page

You can now upload and manage documents directly from the company detail page. A new Documentation tab has been added, which contains two sub-tabs: Internal and External.

Internal documents are visible only to your team and are not shared with customers.

External documents are synced with the shared drive on the customer portal, meaning anything uploaded here is immediately visible to the customer.

Note that the External tab is only visible if a portal has been created for that specific company.

Work Order Archive

Work orders can now be archived to keep your active list focused on open and ongoing jobs. You can archive a work order from the three-dot menu on the work order list or from inside the work order detail view. If a work order is not yet closed at the time of archiving, it will be automatically closed and then archived in one step.

All archived work orders are accessible from the Archived section in the left sidebar. Full history, procedures, attachments, and chat are preserved. Archived work orders can be unarchived at any time from the same menu.

Notification Preferences in Customer Portal

Portal users can now manage their email notification preferences from the Settings page. A new Notifications section lists all available notification types, each with a toggle to enable or disable it independently. All notifications are turned on by default.

The following notification types can be configured: Request Status Update, Shared Drive Upload, External Custom Field Update, Request Created, Request Closed, Procedure Finalised, and Chat Message Updates.
