Product Asset Module Management

You can now attach parts, procedures, and documents directly to product assets without disconnecting these modules from the product. This allows you to add asset-specific items while maintaining product-level configurations. The disconnect functionality has been removed for these modules, ensuring consistency between products and their assets. For assets that previously had these modules disconnected, a reconnect option is available until reconnected. Image and description modules continue to support disconnect/reconnect functionality as before.

Work Order Auto-Archive

We've introduced automatic archiving for closed work orders to help keep your work order list organised. Archive Settings page is available under Work Management in settings, where you can configure the auto-archive delay (default: 60 days). Work orders are automatically archived after remaining closed for the specified period. You can manually unarchive work orders from the list view, work order detail page, or the new Archive page in the main navigation. When a work order is archived or unarchived, notification emails are sent to relevant users.

Parts Visibility Control

Parts can now be marked as internal or external using a new visibility toggle in the part creation modal and parts sidebar. External parts display a globe icon on their thumbnails in parts list view, asset parts tab, and work order parts section. The visibility setting can also be configured during bulk upload using the new "Visibility" column. Note that internal parts remain hidden from customers in the customer portal.

Enhanced Procedure Text Fields

Text fields in procedures now expand continuously as you type, removing the previous 9-line limit. This improvement allows you to enter lengthy content without height constraints while maintaining a clean layout.
