How do they appear in exports?
The existing CSV and summary exports now include the work order hierarchy:
Parent Work Order Title and Parent Work Order ID columns. These are empty for parent work orders.
Multiple assets listed in Asset Name, separated by commas, and in Asset Serial Number, on separate lines. Both are in the same order.
How do I create sub work orders with bulk upload?
Use the optional Parent Work Order ID column to create a row as a sub work order.
The parent must appear in an earlier row and have a work order ID.
A sub work order cannot be used as a parent, because there is only one level. Referencing one gives an error.
How do I add multiple assets with bulk upload?
Add multiple assets in the Asset ID column, with each asset ID on a new line in the same cell.
