Assign Production Line
Steps:
Go to the customer and select the “Production Lines” tab.
In the Production Lines tab click on the “+ Assign production line”.
In the pop-up, select the production lines you want to assign to the customer. You can select multiple production lines at the same time.
Only production lines that are not assigned to other customers will be shown.
Select “Assign production line” to assign the production lines to the customer.
All the production line machines will also be assigned to the customer.
NOTES:
One machine cannot be assigned to multiple customers at the same time. To assign a machine to a different customer, you need to unassign the machine from the existing customer.
The machine assigned to the production line will not be shown in the customer machine tab even after the production line is assigned to the customer.
Unassign Production Lines
Steps:
Go to the customer and select the “Production Lines” tab.
In the Production Lines tab click on the “-” icon and select “Unassign” in the confirmation pop-up to unassign the production line.
All the production line machines will also be unassigned from the customer.
