How to Edit or Delete a Customer

This article describes how you can edit customer details or delete the customer account

Editing Customer Details

  1. Open the customer detail page for which you want to edit the details.

  2. On the detail page and in the Overview tab click on the “Edit” pencil icon.

  3. You can update the following information

    • Customer Name: Update the name of the customer.

    • Address: Change the pin location on the map to update the address of the customer.

  4. Click on the “Update” to save the changes.


Deleting a Customer

Steps:

  1. Open the customer detail page that you want to delete.

  2. On the detail page and in the Overview tab click on the “Edit” pencil icon.

  3. In the pop-up, you can delete the customer by clicking “Delete the customer”.

  4. Confirm on the pop-up to delete the customer. Please note that it is an irreversible action and the customer will be permanently deleted from the platform.

NOTES:

  • All the machines and production lines assigned to the customer will become unassigned.

  • All the user accounts of the customer that had access to the Customer Portal can no longer have access.
