Unrestricted User:
A user who is not a part of any team
These users will have access to all the facilities, production lines, and machines and their work orders.
Can also see the work orders of other teams.
Can be assigned to any work order as an Assignee and Follower.
Existing Assigned Work Orders:
The machine is automatically assigned to teams when the user is added to the team.
The team members will also see the facility in the facility module.
The team will see all the work orders of the machine even if they belong to other team users (Machine History)
Work Order Scenarios:
If a work order is assigned to a team member and he is not part of any other team when the team gets deleted or the user is unassigned from the team.
The User would become an unrestricted user and would have access to the entire platform
Will remain assigned to the work order and the team will be removed from that work order
When a user is a member of Team A and Team B and both teams have access to the Machine against which the work order was created and the work order is assigned to a team member
If a team member gets removed from Team A or Team A is deleted, Team A would be removed from the work order, a team member would remain assigned to the work and now the work order would show only Team B
When a user is a member of Team A and Team B, only Team A has access to the machine against which the work order is created.
If a team member gets removed from Team A or Team A is deleted, the work order will become Un Assigned and it won’t show any team on WO details.
If a machine is assigned to Team A but the facility is not assigned, and that facility is assigned to Teams B, C, and D,
Teams A, B, C, and D should all be shown in the work order as they all ultimately have access to the machine either directly or indirectly and should all have access to the work order created for that machine.
If a machine is assigned to Team A but the facility is not assigned, since we are now showing the facility of that machine to the team with limited scope, the members of Team A would be able to make changes to the facility.
