By claiming a location you are accepting the responsibility for the program and will be the active ambassador of the account.
The ambassador is the main person in charge of the program.
The ambassador is responsible for:
Claiming the location for your school or community organization
Starting a new season
Customizing your Tracks and Activities
Adding supporters to help you manage the club
How to change the owner of the account?
You can assign another Supporter of your account to be the ambassador If you will be leaving the organization or need to appoint someone else to be the owner of the account.
This Supporter must have coach permission and have at least logged into their account one time.
If you need access to a location/club because the previous Coach has left, click the icon in the bottom right corner to message the Marathon Kids Customer Service team.
