When you start your club, the location of your organization must be claimed in order to begin and create a season with Marathon Kids.
The ambassador of the organization, is the main person in charge of the account.
If you are trying to claim your location and it has already been claimed, select "Request Access."
There are two options:
If you know who already claimed the location at your organization, have the current ambassador log in to select "I Accept" in the pop-up.
This will give you access to the location as a Supporter with Coach permission with your own login.
You will see what the ambassador sees in their account.
If you do not know who the ambassador is at your location, select "Request Access" and notify support@marathonkids.org who will handle your request as quickly as possible.
If you are now the main person in charge of this organization because the previous person has left or is no longer running the program, Marathon Kids will transfer ownership to you.
