The Campaign Creation Flow is your step-by-step guide to building professional marketing campaigns in markopolo. This intuitive 4-step wizard walks you through every aspect of campaign creation, from identifying your target audience to crafting personalized messages across multiple channels.
Think of it as your campaign blueprint. By the end of the flow, you'll have a fully configured campaign ready to drive customer engagement and conversions.
The four steps are:

Step 4: Create personalized content
Who Can Create Campaigns?
Campaign creation is available to any team member with the appropriate permissions in your markopolo account. This typically includes marketing managers, campaign coordinators, business owners, and team members who have been granted campaign creation access.
If you don't see the option to create campaigns, reach out to your account administrator to request access.
Editing Saved Campaigns
You can edit any campaign that hasn't been launched yet. When you open a saved campaign, markopolo automatically loads all your previous settings, including audience selections, workflow configurations, and content drafts. You'll be taken directly to Step 4 (content creation) so you can pick up right where you left off.
Note: Once a campaign is launched, it cannot be edited. You'll need to create a new campaign or duplicate the existing one to make changes.
