What is Workflow Generation?

Workflow generation is the process where markopolo's AI creates the complete sequence, timing, and structure of your campaign. Think of it as building a roadmap for how your campaign will execute—when messages are sent, which channels are used, and how different actions connect together.

Available in: Autonomous (AI-generated) content mode only. Self-written campaigns use simple, single-send workflows.

What Gets Generated in a Workflow?

When you generate a workflow, the AI creates:

1. Step-by-Step Action Sequence The specific order of campaign actions—for example: send email → wait 2 days → send SMS follow-up → if opened, send WhatsApp.

2. Timing Between Actions Delays, waits, and spacing between messages to avoid overwhelming customers and optimize engagement.

3. Conditional Logic If/then branches based on customer behavior: "If email is opened, send thank you message. If not opened after 48 hours, send SMS reminder."

4. Multi-Channel Coordination How different channels work together—when to use email vs. SMS vs. WhatsApp, and in what order.

5. Follow-Up Sequences Automated next steps based on customer engagement, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
