WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?

At Marro, we believe a missed payment shouldn’t mean a missed meal, especially when a hungry cat is involved. So, if your payment doesn’t go through on the first try, don’t worry, your feline foodie's Fresh meals will still be delivered right on schedule. No need for any last-minute supermarket scrambles. We give you a bit of flexibility to get things sorted, no judgment if your cat’s still refusing to split the bill (we’ve all been there).

You’ll receive an email letting you know the payment didn’t go through and we’ll automatically try to process it several more times over the next 6 weeks. That gives you time to update your card details if you need to.

Just a quick heads-up: if payment still hasn’t gone through before your next scheduled box, we’ll need to pause your deliveries until the outstanding balance is cleared.
