Our Customer Love team works 7 days a week (except Bank Holidays). You can reach us via email, messenger, or phone during the week. We’re here to help with anything related to your account, meals, your cat, or general questions.


1. BY MESSENGER

  • Available 7 days a week

  • Access via the speech bubble icon on our website (bottom right corner)

  • Our AI assistant will try to provide instant answers

  • Human support available during phone hours

  • If you have a Marro account, please include your postcode, name and email in your message to help us locate your account quickly


2. BY EMAIL

  • Available 7 days a week

  • We’ll respond as soon as possible.


3. BY PHONE

  • Available Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm (excluding Bank Holidays)
