How to contact Marro for support

If you need help or have a question, we’re here for you! Whether it’s about your account, our meals, your cat, or anything else, our Customer Love Team is ready to help you. Here’s everything you need to know about how to reach us:

1. BY PHONE

Our team is available Monday to Friday, from 10am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays), to help with anything you need. If you're in need of a quick answer or just want to chat, give us a call on 0207 123 5808.

2. BY EMAIL

3. MESSENGER

For quick answers, you can always reach us via messenger. Our super intelligent AI assistant will try and find you an instant answer first. But if you want human help, our Customer Love team is available during the hours above to provide support.
