Our Customer Love team works 7 days a week (except Bank Holidays). You can reach us via email, messenger, or phone during the week. We’re here to help with anything related to your account, meals, your cat, or general questions.


1. BY PHONE

  • Available Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm (excluding Bank Holidays)

  • Quick answers or just a friendly chat are welcome!

  • Note: Ensure your phone number isn’t restricted or withheld, as we may not be able to connect with anonymous numbers.


2. BY EMAIL

  • Available 7 days a week

  • We’ll respond as soon as possible.


3. MESSENGER

  • Available 7 days a week

  • Access via the speech bubble icon on our website (bottom right corner)

  • AI assistant will try to provide instant answers

  • Human support available during phone hours

  • If you have a Marro account, include postcode and email in your message to help us locate your account quickly
