Understanding the Two Types of Job Boards in Marvin
In the Configuration → Multi-posting space, you will find two distinct tabs.
📌 The Xtramile Tab
Xtramile is the technical gateway used by Marvin to broadcast on the majority of job boards (paid LinkedIn, APEC, MétéoJob, Indeed, etc.). These job boards generally require:
An active contract with the job board
A connection request to be made to the job board (which then sends us an identifier)
A specific configuration in Marvin (COMPANY_ID, NUMERO_DOSSIER, etc.)
📌 The Other Job Boards Tab
This groups job boards that can be configured independently: Hellowork, career site, organic LinkedIn, and your own website. Configuration is often simpler here.
Why Don't Some Job Boards Appear in My Interface?
If a job board is not visible in your Xtramile tab, it means it has not yet been activated on your account. Contact us via the chatbot to have it activated.
The Key Steps to Activate a Job Board
Check that you have an active contract with the relevant job board.
Contact the job board to inform them that you wish to broadcast via Marvin Recruiter (which goes through Xtramile). Dedicated tutorials exist for each job board.
Retrieve the credentials that the job board sends you.
Enter them in Marvin: Configuration → Multi-posting → corresponding tab → "Edit" button → fill in the fields → "Validate information".
The job board is now active and appears in the Multi-posting tab of your projects.
Free vs Paid Job Boards: What's the Difference?
The Multi-posting interface clearly distinguishes between the two:
🆓 Free: a button allows you to activate all of them in a single action from your project.
💳 Paid: they are managed by credit. Note: if you use multi-location, each city counts as a separate posting — check your contract before broadcasting.
