For guests to access a project, the project manager must first share it with them. There are a few ways to share projects with guests:
Share projects when inviting new guests
Share projects with existing guests
Inviting new guests to join workspace
Note: This feature is only available to Workspace Managers.
Go to Settings β User Management
Click the add user button

Enter one or more email addresses of the people you want to invite
Choose a guest role. (See Roles and Permissions)
Choose the projects you want to share.
Click Add.
Matidor will then send out invitation emails to the invited guests, where they can follow the link included in the invitation to sign-in or create a new account to join your workspace. Once they joined, they will see the projects shared with them.
Sharing projects with existing workspace guests
Open a project.
Click on the β¦ menu on the top right of the panel and choose Share.
Start typing in the name to find the guest in the workspace:
If the guest is found, you may add him/her as a project guest.
If no such person is found, you can type in their email address instead to initiate an invitation. See section above: Inviting new guest to join workspace.
Alternatively, you can select multiple projects from any project list and batch share the projects with guests.
Note: Guest sharing is available to Workspace Managers, Project Managers and Guest Managers.
