July’s release focuses on making work management and table workflows easier, introducing the new mobile feature “Move-and-draw”, simplifying field and filter management, enhancing mobile capabilities, and resolving key issues across web and mobile.
🚀 Website Improvements and Bug Fixes
Work
Allow multiple template selection for template filter field in table view.
Import work directly from Excel.
Update work fields from Excel.
Hide subtasks from the work detail view for a cleaner experience.
Batch updates now only allow fields supported by subtasks to be updated.
Work requiring approval now correctly triggers an approval request when closed.
Work template system fields now maintain the correct arrangement.
Work Templates
Export work templates to Excel.
Drawings and Layers
Display drawing titles directly on the map.
Rectangle drawings now display the correct icons in PDF export legends.
Custom Fields
Simplify field deletion by removing the need to clear a field first. Type Delete field to confirm deletion.
Update dropdown values that are currently in use.
Dropdown options can now be removed from the custom field library even when they are associated with deleted projects.
Project Filters
Added a Shared with filter to show which projects guest users have access to.
Table Filters and Search
Updated the filter design and simplified filter behavior for a more intuitive filtering experience.
Improved general search accuracy when searching for work across all projects.
The Between option in date filters now works correctly.
Show all X projects from portfolios now opens the correct Projects tab.
Table Exports
Exported files now respect selected display columns without adding an unnecessary ID column or preview.
Excel exports in Project Summary now respect the selected period filter.
Portfolio
Click directly on the Work or Budget graph to open the corresponding table.
Daily and weekly notifications now trigger correctly for automated portfolios.
Automated portfolios can now be created successfully from the table view.
Budget and Cost tabs are now hidden from users with the Guest View role.
Timeline
Timeline now loads the correct number of projects when opened directly in Timeline view.
User Management
Improved sorting by last active in the user table.
Text Display
Added tooltips for truncated text in Textareas, Dropdowns, Multi-dropdowns, Labels, and all List titles.
PDF Exports
Work PDF exports now handle photos correctly without adding an extra empty page.
Improved the PDF export email notification and corrected a display typo.
Power BI
Improved API performance when retrieving large quantities of work templates to prevent timeout issues.
📱 Mobile Improvements and Bug Fixes
Access
Use biometrics to login.
Added a new feature called Move-and-draw to allow tracing your path while moving on the map.
Project Sync
Improved iOS project synchronization after uploading photos from the device gallery.
Mobile Reliability
Improved the mobile experience when returning to the app after being idle, ensuring projects and work items load correctly.
Notifications
In app real time notification when a work is assigned or a user is tagged in a comment.
