February 2026 Release Notes
February’s release focuses on improving validation flexibility, strengthening exports, enhancing filtering and navigation behavior, and delivering major mobile improvements including offline functionality.
🚀 Website Features
• URL Field Validation: Expanded support for multiple URL types beyond just ".com".
• Project Import: Reworked project import experience for improved reliability and usability.
• Templates: Added a direct link to the template screen inside both project and work.
• Drawings: Added option to hide drawing index in map labels.
• PDF Export:
Option to include or exclude timestamp in project and work PDF exports.
Option to hide legend to allow the map to expand in the PDF.
Added logo and work title as headers on all work PDF pages.
Added dynamic fields to PDF export.
• Project Excel Export: Project comments are now included in exports.
• Work Creation: Users can update status during work creation.
• Archived Projects: Archived projects can now be edited in table view.
• Navigation Enhancement: Enhanced Back button functionality on the project summary page to return users directly to the table view for smoother navigation.
• Filtering Experience Update: Filtering resets on All Projects.
• Users Table View: Ability to export user list to excel
• Date Field Calculation: Extend calculated fields to also support date field calculations.
📱 Mobile Features
Offline Mode: Offline functionality fully implemented.
Home UI Updates: Improved layout and spacing.
Forms: Added more space at the bottom of form pages.
Work Creation: Newly created work opens directly from the success toaster.
Tracking: Enabled track me and center map on launch by default.
🐞 Bug Fixes
• Search: Fixed issue where searching by title in the work tab did not return total or partial matches.
• Table View: Multi selector filter now remains after selection when a filter is applied.
• Views: Portfolio views now apply only to relevant projects.
• Custom Field Library: Custom field count now updates correctly after deleting a project template.
• Project Deletion: Work now deletes properly when a project is deleted.
• Batch Updates: Custom dropdown field updates now reflect correctly in automated portfolios.
• Cost: Corrected snackbar message when creating cost codes.
• Date Validation: Invalid date format errors no longer prevent mapped fields and validations from appearing.
• Email Notifications: Emails are no longer sent to disabled users.
• Excel Export: Geowork drawing columns now reflect the selected drawing.
• Users: Workspace owner now appears correctly in table view listing.
• Portfolios:
Moving from automated to manual portfolio no longer locks filter conditions.
Project Manager can now update or delete workspace portfolios.
• Work Export: Work Excel export within a project now respects applied view columns.
• Work Templates: Template filter in Work tab now shows only relevant fields.
• Work Assignment: Prevented assigning work to Guest View via autofill.
• Cost Codes: Archived cost codes can no longer be added to new costs.
• Mobile:
Fixed image processing error when canceling photo capture.
Downloaded projects now respect workspace boundaries.
Corrected My Work data count on Home screen.
Fixed mismatch between Unassigned work and My Work count.
