Step-by-Step Guide: Completing Your CRM Credentials Form

This step-by-step guide will walk you through each page of the form to ensure we receive everything needed to set up your account successfully.

Page 1 – Client & Team Info

Fields:

  • Client Name – Enter your full name.

  • Team Name – Enter the name of your real estate team or company.

Example:
Client Name: John Smith
Team Name: The Smith Realty Group

Once completed, click Next.

✅ Page 2 – Follow Up Boss

This is the most important part! If you are using Follow Up Boss, make sure you’re using the credentials of the FUB license owner (the email and password of the person who originally signed up and pays for the Follow Up Boss account—usually the team leader, broker, or admin.)

Question: Are you currently using Follow Up Boss as your CRM?

  • If Yes, please provide the following:

    • Owner Email

    • Password

    • FUB Export Request

  • If No, click Next.

Fields:

  1. FUB Owner Email
    🔹 Enter the email address of the FUB license owner.
    🔸 This is a required field—make sure there are no typos!

  2. FUB Owner Password
    🔹 Enter the password associated with the license owner's FUB account.

  3. Permission to Accept Export Request
    🔹 Select Yes to give MaverickRE permission to accept the FUB export request on your behalf.

    Once you’ve filled everything out, click Next.

  • ✅ How to Know if You’re the License Owner

    You’re likely the license owner if:

    • You pay for your FUB subscription.

    • You were the first person to set up the account.

    • You have access to Billing or Admin Settings in FUB.

    If that’s not you, please check with the person on your team who manages your FUB account.

  • 🔐 Why Do We Need This?

    We use the license owner credentials:

    • To securely connect your FUB account to MaverickRE.

    • To request permission for data exports (required by Follow Up Boss).

    • To ensure a smooth and automated setup process.

    Your info is kept safe and secure—this is only used to complete setup.

✅ Page 3 – Lofty (BETA)

Question: Are you currently using Lofty (BETA) as your CRM?

  • If Yes, please provide:

    • Owner Email

    • Password

    • API Key

  • If No, click Next.

Fields:

  1. Lofty Owner Email
    🔹 Enter the email address of the license owner.

  2. Lofty Owner Password
    🔹 Enter the password associated with the license owner's account.

  3. Lofty Owner API Key
    🔹 Generate the API Key in Lofty then enter the API Key.

    🔸 This is a required field.

    Once you’ve filled everything out, click Next.

✅ Page 4 – BoldTrail (BETA)

Question: Are you currently using BoldTrail (BETA) as your CRM?

  • If Yes, please provide:

    • Owner Email

    • Password

    • API Key

Fields:

  1. BoldTrail Owner Email
    🔹 Enter the email address of the license owner.

  2. BoldTrail Owner Password
    🔹 Enter the password associated with the license owner's account.

  3. BoldTrail Owner API Key
    🔹 Generate the API Key in BoldTrail following the steps below then enter the API Key.

    🔸 This is a required field.

    Once you’ve filled everything out, click Next.

  • How to Generate Your BoldTrail API Key

    Follow the steps below to generate your API key:

    1. In the left sidebar, click Lead Engine.

    2. Select Lead Dropbox.

    3. On the bottom right, locate the My API Tokens section.

    4. Check all boxes (All, Contacts, and Users).

    5. Click Generate to create a new API key.

✅ Page 5 – MaverickRE FB Community Access

  1. Join the MaverickRE Facebook Community
    🔹 Select Yes if you want to join (highly recommended!).

  2. Facebook Email Address
    🔹 Enter the email address linked to your Facebook account so we can invite you to the group.

  3. Invite Your Team (Optional)
    🔹 Add any email addresses of teammates you'd like us to invite to the Facebook community too!

  4. Once done, hit Submit Form—and you’re all set! 🚀
