MaverickRE Stage Types Overview

This quick guide explains the terminology used in MaverickRE and the various Stage Types available. MaverickRE enables you to map your Follow Up Boss Lead Stages to a standardized type, providing a clearer understanding of where each lead is positioned within your sales funnel.

MaverickRE Stage Types Defined:

  • Actively Listed / Showing Homes

    • Actively working with a client on buying or selling a home.

    • Rules & Alerts: Outreach to the lead every 3 days.

    Appointment Outstanding

    • The appointment date/time has passed, and the lead is still in a stage such as "Appointment Set" or something similar for example.

    Attempted Contact / Unresponsive

    • Leads have received outreach but are unresponsive to text, email, or calls.

    Closed / Under Contract

    • Closed or pending transactions.

    Ignore

    • Includes recruiting, sphere, loan officers, etc.

    Long Term Nurture

    • Leads that are a few months out from buying or selling.

    • Rules & Alerts: Outreach to the lead every 30 days.

    Short Term Nurture

    • Leads looking to buy or sell soon.

    • Rules & Alerts: Outreach to the lead every 14 days.

    New / No Contact Made

    • Leads that haven't received any contact, such as those in the "Lead" stage.

    Rejected / Trash

    • Trashed leads or leads that do not wish to be contacted.
