Overview
We understand how busy our Agents get and how hard it can be to keep so many pieces of information up to date! The New Lead text messages allow you to automate key updates to ensure your CRM and your MaverickRE reports stay up to date and accurate so that you get the insight you need into your Agent's performance.
How it Works
After a new lead is received, the assigned Agent will receive a text asking if an appointment was set with the lead. The Agent will respond with the number that corresponds to the relevant answer.
A tag labeled NewLeadTextInitiated is added to the lead.
Appointment Set
If the Agent replies with "1" (indicating Yes), it will send another text asking when the appointment is and provides a few options for them to select.
An appointment will be set in Follow Up Boss automatically with the selected date.
PLEASE NOTE: If 'Other' is selected, it will skip the creation of the appointment in Follow Up Boss.
If a date is chosen, the default time of the appointment will be set to 12pm.
The last text will ask the Agent to provide any notes to add to Follow Up Boss. If the agent doesn't have any notes to provide, they can simply reply with N/A.
Once the Agent replies with their notes, a tag is added labeled NewLeadTextCompleted.
No Appointment Set
If the Agent replies with "2" (indicating No), it will send a follow up text asking which stage the lead should be in.
The stage in Follow Up Boss will be updated automatically.
The last text will ask the Agent to provide any notes to add to Follow Up Boss. If the agent doesn't have any notes to provide, they can simply reply with N/A.
Once the Agent replies with their notes, a tag is added labeled NewLeadTextCompleted.
