Overview
IMPORTANT NOTE: This feature is designed for Live Transfer types!
Whenever a new live/direct transfer lead is assigned to an agent in Follow Up Boss, we send a series of messages to the agent. These messages gather information needed to create an appointment in Follow Up Boss and/or update the lead's stage based on the agent's communication. Setting up your New Lead Messaging
To get started, hover over your profile avatar in the top right hand corner of your screen in MaverickRE and select Preferences. Once you've arrived on your preferences screen, navigate over to the New Lead Messaging tab.
Stages
Appointment Set Stage
To get started, navigate to the 'Stages' tab and choose your 'appointment set' stage. This is the stage the lead will be placed in within Follow Up Boss when the agent confirms that an appointment has been scheduled. (i.e. Agent replies with "1", indicating Yes).
Text Stage Options
In the instance the the agent indicates that they did not set an appointment (i.e. Agent replies with "2", indicating No), this text will ask them which stage the lead should be placed in within Follow Up Boss.
There is a default option included in the text sent to the agent that allows them to keep the lead in it's current stage.
Sources
Next, head to the 'Sources' tab to select the lead sources for which you'd like us to send these messages.

PLEASE NOTE: The options you see for the sources and stages are directly sourced from your Follow Up Boss account. If you're curious about adding new stages, feel free to check out the following articles for a helpful guide on how to do it in FUB:
Once you've added stages in FUB, they will sync into your MaverickRE account preferences within a few minutes!
Enabling New Lead Messaging
Once you've made your stage selections, it's time to turn on your new lead messaging!
As a default, the new lead messaging is turned off. To turn your messaging on, change the selection from No to Yes, then select save.
