Lead Activity Rules

Lead Trigger & Description

Agent Action- How to Clear Rule

Lead Created - Leads created in last 24 hours with no call/text outreach within 4 hours.

Communication with the lead must be logged in FUB as a call or text.

Lead Created - Leads created in last 24 hours with no call/text outreach within 12 hours.

Communication with the lead must be logged in FUB as a call or text.

Lead Called Us, Missed by Agent - Leads with missed calls in the last 7 days, and no callback within 2 hours. The lead wouldn't show up under the rule until 2 hours have passed since the missed call.

Communication with the lead must be logged in FUB as an outbound call. Leads will also clear from this rule if 7 days have passed since the missed call.

Lead Texted - Lead texted us in the last 7 days and no text back to the lead within 2 hours.

Communication with the lead must be logged in FUB as a text. Leads will also clear from this rule if 7 days have passed since the missed text.

***IMPORTANT NOTE*** These rules align with how your FUB stages are mapped in your MaverickRE preferences. If you want to change which rule the leads are pulled into, update the 'Stages to Type' section in your Preferences.

Leads in "Actively Listed/Showing Homes" stage with no call/text outreach in the last 3 days

  • Leads in a CRM stage that is mapped to the Maverick stage type of Actively Listed/Showing Homes in your MaverickRE Preferences where the last communication with the lead was greater than 3 days ago.

Communication with the lead must be logged in FUB as a call or text.

Lead Entered Stage (Short Term Nurture)

Leads in "Short Term Nurture" stage with no call/text outreach in the last 14 days

  • Leads in a CRM stage that is mapped to the Maverick stage type of Short Term Nurture in your MaverickRE Preferences where the last communication with the lead was greater than 14 days ago.

Communication with the lead must be logged in FUB as a call or text.

Lead Entered Stage (Long Term Nurture)

Leads in "Long Term Nurture" stage with no outreach in the last 30 days

  • Leads in a CRM stage that is mapped to the Maverick stage type of Long Term Nurture in your MaverickRE Preferences where the last communication with the lead was greater than 30 days ago.

Communication with the lead must be logged in FUB as a call, text or email.

Lead Created (Early Outreach Rule)

Leads in"New / No Contact" stage with no outreach within 30 days after creation.

  • Leads in a CRM stage that is mapped to the Maverick stage type of New/No Contact Made in your MaverickRE Preferences where there has not been any communication with the lead after 30 days.

Communication with the lead must be logged in FUB as a call or text.

Database Health Rules

Lead has "Appointment Outstanding"

(Needs stage update)

Leads left in "Appointment Outstanding" stage for longer than 2 days after the appointment time.

  • Leads with an appointment time that was completed longer than 2 days ago, that are still in a CRM Stage that is mapped to the Maverick type of Appointment Outstanding in your MaverickRE Preferences.

Leads will stay in this rule regardless of updating the appt 'type' or 'outcome'. They must update the stage to a non 'Appointment Outstanding' stage in FUB.

Lead task added

Leads with tasks that were due within the last 7 days which are overdue for more than 2 days

The lead wouldn't show up under the rule until the task associated with the lead was has been overdue for longer than two days and was due within the last 7 days.

The lead would clear from the under the following conditions:

  • Task is completed

  • Task due date is updated to a future date

  • Task is deleted

Lead was re-assigned

Leads who have been reassigned within the last 7 days with no call/text outreach within 1 hour of reassignment.

  • The lead has been reassigned within the last 7 days where the last communication with the lead was greater than 1 hour ago.

Communication with the lead must be logged in FUB as a call or text.

Lead Nudged

Leads with an unresolved nudge that is 1 day or more old, up to 7 days.

The agent would need to take the action that corresponds with the rule (ie. Call, Text, Email, Appointment Update, Task Completion, etc.)
